人教版英语课本里的Wu Yifan改名了？！
去年，人教版英文教材因一位名叫Wu Yifan的小男孩上了热搜，引起广泛讨论。
近日，有家长发现，最新的课本里那名戴眼镜的小男孩的名字从“Wu Yifan”改成了“Wu Binbin”！
这位原名“Wu Yifan”的男孩是人教社《义务教育教科书 英语》（PEP）小学英语课本的主角之一。
去年，明星吴亦凡被刑拘的消息传出后，有家长吐槽应将教材中的Wu Yifan改名，以免给孩子造成负面影响。
人教社对此作出的回应是，教材中的Wu Yifan的中文是“吴一凡”。
这个拼音名字从2001年教材第一版审定开始使用，跟某涉案艺人无任何关联。
因为“吴亦凡事件”改名的，可不只教材里这个戴眼镜的小男孩。
For one guy in China, having the Chinese name Wu Yifan, which is almost exactly the same as that of Chinese-Canadian pop idol Kris Wu (except the characters and tones for “Yi” are different), has apparently had such a negative impact on him that he had it changed.
一位中国小伙的中文名吴一凡和加拿大华裔流行偶像吴亦凡几乎一模一样(除了“Yi”的字和声调不同)，很显然这对他产生了负面影响，他已经改名。
According to reports, the man now formerly known as Wu Yifan hails from Nanling, Anhui, is in his 20s, and works in the media industry.
据报道，这名男子原名吴一凡，来自安徽南陵，20多岁，在媒体行业工作。
He recently went down to the police station to submit an application for a name change, saying that Kris is “a representative of the violations of society’s good morals” and that having a name that is pronounced similarly as “a well-known rapist’s” has “greatly affected” his work and life.

Netizens seemed largely supportive of his decision to take on a new moniker. One said that they also know someone by the name of Wu Yifan who has been subjected to a lot of jokes and ridicule ever since Kris’ scandal blew up.
